You authorize us and agree to GoSGI's MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio to thereafter automatically "debit" your credit card for the appropriate monthly fee in advance of the next month of service. Monthly accounts may be terminated with 30 days written notice by giving written notice. Refunds: Because you have 30 days to try your GoSGI's MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio and services there are no refunds. Once you decide to keep your site you have had ample time to try GoSGI's services and indicate your acceptance of the usability of the services and agree to abide by the TOS.

Usage Terms and Conditions: You agree that you may not use the GoSGI service for other than general business web site(s), organizations, etc., and that the publishing of any "material" which is in violation of any local, state, federal or international law, another's "copyright" or "trademarks", or publishing of any hate material, fraudulent or pornographic material or non-acceptable material, as determined by SGI will be immediately suspended or terminated from usage of GoSGI's service. You agree to keep your MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio username and password secure. You agree you will not purposely cause damage to GoSGIs service or any member of the service.

License: All graphic designs, templates, graphics, html code, and other components of GoSGI's MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio are the exclusive property of SGI, and as per the terms of this agreement are hereby "leased" from GoSGI's MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio part of the SGI network. You may not copy, sell, redistribute or license an GoSGI MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio web site to any other party without our expressed written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranty: Usage of the GoSGI's MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio is at your own risk. We assume no liability and provide NO WARRANTIES or GUARANTEES as to it's performance or results. GoSGI's MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio does not guarantee error free or uninterrupted service at any particular time. Any financial damages consequential from the use of "MyGenesis! Site Creation Studio" shall be limited to the "cost of service" (monthly charges) being refunded to you.

Modifications - Terms and Conditions: These Terms of Service are online at all times. They may change from time to time. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of the TOS at all times. Generally you will receive notice when a change has been made to the TOS, however it is not our obligation to notify you.

Term of Agreement and Termination: Upon receipt of request to terminate, your account will be cancelled as of the expiration date of the monthly billing cycle for which we receive your termination notice.
